Dolores (Jean) Huss, age 86, resided the last six years in Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Vermontville, passed away peacefully Sunday, Dec 6, 2020 surrounded by her family and has gone to be reunited with her husband, William (Bill) Huss of 56 years. Jeanie opened her heart and home to everyone and loved unconditionally. She was happiest with her family around; laughing, playing cards, and cooking. She was an active member of the VFW of Nashville, for many years. She is survived by her children; Terry Sloan, Sheryl Walker, Bill (Sally) Huss and Tony (Cherry) Huss. Her brothers John (Mary) Rodriguez and Bill (Sally) Rodriguez; seven grandchildren, Shannon Godlewski, Trisha (Brandon) Garvey, Troy Sloan, Angela Lynd, Kristy (Phillip) McAlister, Alicia Huss, Amanda Huss and ten great grandchildren. Preceded in death are sisters, Pat Downing, Louise Starks, Barb Strank; brothers, Pete and Rick Rodriguez There will no services at this time. Donations may be made to The Salvation Army Angel Tree, Food for the Hungry or any charitable organization.
